Welcome to Radiant Fish World (hereinafter referred to as “RFW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), Bangladesh’s first international-standard live fish aquarium, located at 29, Jhautala, Main Road, Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website at https://radiantfishworldrfw.com/ (the “Website”) as well as your physical visit to our premises and participation in any activities, attractions, or services offered by Radiant Fish World.
By accessing our Website, purchasing tickets, or entering our facility, you (the “Visitor” or “User”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Website or visit our facility.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and guests, including but not limited to students, tourists, families, corporate groups, and event participants.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
The standard adult admission ticket to Radiant Fish World covers entry to the main aquarium exhibition. Additional services such as 3D/9D movies, fish foot massage, kids’ zone, and gaming zone may require separate tickets or fees payable on-site.
Children aged 3 (three) years and below, or those measuring 3.5 feet (approximately 107 cm) in height or shorter, are permitted free entry to the main aquarium. Supervision by a paying adult guardian is mandatory at all times. Free entry does not apply to additional paid attractions within the Facility.
Tickets purchased via our Website or authorised online platforms are subject to the following conditions:
Radiant Fish World may offer discounts of 10% to 50% on admission prices during off-peak seasons, special events, or promotional campaigns. Discounts are applied at the sole discretion of management and may be withdrawn at any time. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
The Facility is open to visitors from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Operating hours may be modified during public holidays, national events, or due to maintenance requirements. Updated hours will be published on our Website and official social media pages.
The safety of our guests, staff, and marine life is our highest priority. All visitors are required to comply with the following rules throughout their visit.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Radiant Fish World accepts no liability for any accident, injury, or loss involving unsupervised minors.
All ticket sales are considered final. The following conditions apply to refunds and cancellations:
All content published on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, icons, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of Radiant Fish World and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of Bangladesh.
Visitors and users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view Website content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of our content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Photographs and videos taken by Visitors on the premises for personal, non-commercial use are permitted. However, any commercial use, publication, or media broadcast of such material requires prior written approval from RFW management.

Visitors acknowledge that they attend the Facility and use all attractions at their own risk. RFW’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the ticket(s) purchased by the affected Visitor.
Radiant Fish World is committed to protecting your personal data. When you use our Website or purchase tickets, we may collect certain personal information including your name, email address, phone number, and payment details for the purpose of processing your booking and improving your experience.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. Your data may be shared with payment processors and booking partners solely for the purpose of completing your transaction.

The use of commercial drones, professional film equipment, or any recording device for commercial production within the Facility requires prior written authorisation from RFW management.
Groups of 15 or more visitors (schools, organisations, corporate teams) may be eligible for group discounts and dedicated visit scheduling. Group bookings must be arranged in advance by contacting our team at radiantfishworld@gmail.com or calling +880-01701-289711/13.
For educational institution visits, RFW may offer guided tours, marine conservation presentations, and curriculum-aligned interactive sessions. Group organisers are responsible for supervising all members of their group throughout the visit.
Group booking cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of any advance payments made.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
Radiant Fish World reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be posted on our Website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Website or your visit to our Facility after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
